Inspired by the contours of a canyon landscape, Cañón explores the contrast between elevated natural forms and quiet negative space. A sculptural passage of preserved pillow moss moves diagonally across a darker moss terrain, creating pronounced shifts in elevation, texture, and tone.
Subtle preserved foliage emerges throughout the composition, adding delicate botanical detail without interrupting its restrained character.
The result is a dimensional landscape with a strong architectural presence—minimal in composition, yet rich in texture and depth.
