📦 Order Processing

Ready-to-ship items are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Custom or made-to-order projects take approximately 3–4 weeks to create before shipping. Each piece is crafted with intention, and we appreciate your patience as we bring your vision to life.

🚚 Shipping Details

All orders ship from Florida, USA.
Carriers: We use UPS, USPS, or FedEx depending on the best service for your location.
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

⏱ Estimated Delivery Times

Florida: 1–2 business days
Other U.S. States: 2–8 business days

Delivery timeframes may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, or due to carrier delays.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed to the address provided at checkout.
